Every book is printed and bound to order. Shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, however many copies are in the order. Allow about 2 weeks from order to delivery. You get a tracking link by email the moment your copy ships.
Every order is covered for 365 days. If at any point in the first year you decide the book was not worth it, we refund your order in full. No reason needed, and there is no guilt-trip email sequence afterward.
The first 30 days, you keep the book: write to us within 30 days of delivery from the email you used at checkout and we refund you without the book coming back. From day 31 to day 365 the refund still stands, we just ask you to post the copy back to us first. The clock starts on delivery, not on the order.
How to claim it: use the contact page from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
The fine print, kept short: the guarantee covers one order per customer per product. That is it. There is no other fine print.
